Attitude of Gratitude...

Gratitude: Appreciation or thankfulness, is an emotion, which involves a feeling of emotional indebtedness towards another person; often accompanied by a desire to thank them, or to reciprocate for a favour they have done for you...

This video, courtesy of Ms. Jan, speaks to all of us...

What will you and I do to show our gratitude to all our warriors?

And thank you for sharing your labor of love with us. I can't even begin to tell how much I appreciate the time you put into your blog so that we can know about our warriors. It speaks mountains about the kind of human being that you are. I am honored that our paths have crossed.

Yes,thank you so much for keeping this blog and keeping us all posted. Without you I would constantly wondering what was going on and how they are all doing. You have no idea how much it means to all of us.

Myron, thank you so much for finding the Attitude of Gratitude clip for us. Even as a mother of a soldier in harm's way, I didn't know what to say when I found myself standing in a cafeteria line at midnight amongst 50 soldiers headed to Iraq who had landed in Bangor, ME, on a freezing night in December. I felt so awkward because I wasn't one of them and didn't want to call attention to myself - and honestly, I was afraid I would cry if I spoke. The same thing happened earlier this month in Queens, NY. A uniformed soldier was on the subway platform across the tracks from me, alone, headed back from leave I guessed. I wanted to convey "God speed. Thank you." - but he was so far away. THIS will make it so much easier.
